Larry Elston is the Lead Technical Consultant, advisor, problem-solver and Operations Lean Expert with 25 years of hands-on change leadership experience.
Larry started his first business as a young entrepreneur at the age of 12 years old in Baltimore, MD. Almost four decades later, he continues to show appreciation for the customer and consistently serves with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset. As a Black Belt and mechanical engineer, he launched EPC consulting firm in 2023 and works in defense, automotive commercial and civil markets throughout the world. Larry provides proven expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), Lean transformation, and process engineering & improvement. He provides technical services in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Mgmt., Operations, Safety, and Facilities.
Larry is also a lifelong learner, mentor and doer. An automotive/car enthusiast with a passion and attention to detail that manifests itself in his life and hobbies. He is also an industry partner with MIT, United States Naval Academy and Harvard Kennedy School. He actively mentors early career professionals and students from aforementioned institutions and other universities nationwide.
